山東鋁業(yè)公司水泥廠 5 ,6號窯的電除塵器 ,安裝了增效型、低噪音、多用途聲波清灰器后 ,解決了電除塵器原來存在的電暈閉塞、排灰不暢、粉塵超標(biāo)排放及堿粉結(jié)拱、灰斗蓄滿、環(huán)境污染、大量堿粉流失等問題。使用聲波清灰器時 ,應(yīng)采用切向、間隔振打方式 ;應(yīng)根據(jù)電場粉塵濃度和帶電程度制定出滿足不同工況的振打制度 ;振打力應(yīng)均勻 ,其大小應(yīng)配置應(yīng)得當(dāng) ,即對高比電阻粉塵用較大的振打力 ,低比電阻粉塵用較小的振打力。因電除塵器上原來安裝有機(jī)械振打裝置 ,如采用聲波清灰器與機(jī)械振打裝置相結(jié)合的除灰方式 ,可取得最佳的除灰效果
